This Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement was established to provide Talent Acquisition and Job Classification Services for:
Delivery of talent acquisition services for Staff-Level Positions. Services are required for all stages of the talent acquisition continuum; from labour market intelligence gathering, to the onboarding of staff and post-hire evaluation assessments. (Services Categories 1 through 5)
- Category 1 - Talent Sourcing & Planning
- Category 2 - Talent Screening
- Category 3 - Talent Assessment
- Category 4 - Talent Onboarding
- Category 5 - Talent Acquisition Process
Delivery of job description writing and job evaluation services for Staff-Level, Management and Executive Positions. (Service Categories 6 through 7)
- Category 6 - Job Description Writing
- Category 7 - Job Evaluation
The term of the arrangement will be five (5) years, with no extensions.
The resulting VOR arrangement will be made available to all ministries covered by the Ontario Public Service (OPS) Procurement Directive, regardless of value and, on an optional basis, to Non-OPS Entities.
There will be multiple Vendors awarded for each of the seven (7) service categories. The Vendor(s) will be required to provide the services across Ontario.
