This IBM Volume Licence Agreement is for the procurement of any IBM Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) software product, IBM’s Software Subscription and Support, installation and configuration services and certain training and education services.
The IBM VLA is effective as of April 1, 2010. The term of the IBM VLA is perpetual. However, after the first year (i.e. as of April 1, 2011) it can be terminated by MGS on three months prior written notice to IBM.
