This VOR arrangement is a replacement for the ‘Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) Solution, Maintenance & Support and Training Services’ VOR 1009 which expired in March 2013.
The EPPM solution and services offered under this arrangement are to support corporate project portfolio needs as well as Clients who require a project and portfolio management solution to manage the delivery of projects, from inception to completion.
The VOR arrangement is for a period of three (3) years commencing on May 1, 2013 and expiring on April 30, 2016. MGS has options to extend the Agreement for an additional three 2-year terms and a final fourth term of 1-year, for a maximum potential of 10 years.
