VOR Details

On June 30, 2021, Ontario entered into a VLA-type Master Subscription Agreement (Salesforce MSA) with Salesforce.com Canada Corporation. to facilitate the procurement of Salesforce Software-as-a-Service offerings and related support services in certain circumstances. The Salesforce MSA provides cloud service terms and conditions that are more favourable than Salesforce's standard software license agreements and sets out minimum tiered discounts from Salesforce's list price.

The original term of the agreement is for two years.

This is a mandatory-use, enterprise-wide VLA for all ministries covered by the Ontario Public Service (OPS) Procurement Directive. Ministries that wish to use the agreement should contact Salesforce and sign Order Forms under the terms of the MSA. Ministries must seek non-competitive procurement authority approval prior to procuring from this agreement. Broader Public Sector (BPS) Organizations may use the Salesforce MSA at their option.
