Description:
In February 2022 , Ontario entered into a Volume Licence Agreement (VLA) for software licences and related services with Oracle Canada ULC. (MGCS-ORACLE-CA-OMA -2923876) to facilitate the procurement of Oracle Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) software and related support services in certain circumstances. The Oracle VLA provides software licence and related terms and conditions that are more favourable than Oracle's standard software licence agreements, and provides minimum discounts off of most of Oracle's list prices. This Volume Licence Agreement (VLA) arrangement is for use by all Ministries and approved agencies of the Government of Ontario, and may optionally be used by Non-OPS Entities. The term of this arrangement is for three years and four months with the option to extend the agreement for one additional two-year term in accordance with the same terms and conditions.
