The Ministry of Government and Consumer Services provides a full range of print services to Government of Ontario ministries and agencies utilizing in house printing technology, expertise and one-to-one customer service. Print services include digital printing, copying, binding/finishing, graphic design, distribution and wide format inkjet printing from six locations in Toronto. The need arises for print production capacity beyond the available internal resources.
This Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement was established to supply Forms Printing Services. Key clients of this VOR arrangement include different ministries.
The service primarily includes 3 product categories:
- Flat forms, Carbonless unit sets, and forms related documents;
- Continuous forms
- Labels
Term of 3 years with an option to extend the Master Agreement for two (2) additional Term of up to one (1) year.
