The VOR will provide IT and HR Research Subscription Services to OPS and non-OPS clients, on an “as and when requested” basis, across the Province of Ontario through a subsequent second stage selection process initiated by Clients.
- Stream #1 – Information Technology (IT)
- Stream #2 – Human Resources (HR)
Each stream will be composed of two categories:
- Category A – Research Subscription Services
- Category B – Research Subscription Services and Analyst Access
The term of the agreement will be for a period of four (4) years, commencing upon the execution of the agreement, with the option in favor of Supply Ontario to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for up to one (1) additional term of two (2) years.
The use of the VOR arrangement is mandatory for all ministries and agencies covered by the OPS Procurement Directive, regardless of value. The VOR arrangement will also be open to non-OPS entities on an optional basis.
