The Ministry of Government and Consumer Services provides a full range of print services to Government of Ontario ministries and agencies utilizing in house printing technology, expertise and one-to-one customer service. Print services include digital printing, copying, binding/finishing, graphic design, distribution and wide format inkjet printing from six locations in Toronto. The need arises for print production capacity beyond the available internal resources and specialty.
This Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement was established to supply Business Cards printing services. This is a mandatory-use enterprise-wide VOR arrangement for all Ontario Public Service ministries covered by the Ontario Public Service Procurement Directive, issued by Management Board of Cabinet December 2014.
The Vendor on Record provides Business Card Printing Services covering the following regions:
- Greater Toronto Area (Golden Horseshoe including Barrie)
- Northwestern Ontario (Thunder Bay, Kenora, Marathon, Fort Frances)
- Northeastern Ontario (North bay, Sudbury, Cochrane, Sault Ste. Marie)
- Southwestern Ontario (London, Windsor, Guelph)
- Eastern Ontario (Ottawa, Kingston, Cornwall, Trenton)
- Central Ontario (Owen Sound, Huntsville, Orillia, Peterborough)
The service primarily includes 3 business cards product categories:
- English only one side
- Bilingual two sides
- Braille
The term of this VOR arrangement is for three (3) years with an option to extend for additional two (2) terms of up to one (1) year each.
