This VOR consists of centralized managed travel services of a designated travel management company that provides discounted ticketing for air (Air Canada, Westjet and Porter Airlines), rail (VIA Rail), car rental and accommodation through a dedicated full service call centre plus an online booking tool that is available to PFOs through and internet link. By using HRG, PFOs clients take advantage of negotiated discounts on air and rail plus corporate rates for accommodation and car rentals.

You will be required to provide information on the amount of travel your organization does on a yearly basis for domestic, transborder and international travel (number of trips and dollars spent annually) as well as how you pay for your travel and any special processes you follow.
