This Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement was established for the acquisition of Office Products, Print and Copy Paper and Laser Toners.
There are two categories of products, awarded as follows:
- Office Products and Print and Copy Paper - Novexco Inc.
- Laser Toners - Staples Business Advantage
The VOR arrangement is mandatory for all Ontario government ministries and agencies covered by the Ontario Public Service (OPS) Procurement Directive and is available on an optional basis to Provincially Funded Organizations (PFO).
The term of this arrangement is for three years with the option to extend the contract for two additional one-year terms in accordance with the same terms and conditions.
