This VOR arrangement is for acquisition of EIM Software Solutions, Annual Maintenance, Annual Technical Support, Project Management Office Resources, Key Resources and Training Services.
The initial term of the Agreement is for five (5) years. Ministry of Government Services has the option to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for two additional terms: 1st term 3 years and 2nd term 2 years (i.e. Term up to a maximum of 10 years).
