Description:
The overall Deliverable of this Vendor of Record (VOR) Arrangement is the provision of Print Imaging Equipment (i.e. Multifunction Devices (MFDs), Deskside and Mobile Printers) and associated Services as well as solutions-based Services. It is mandatory use for all Ministries and approved agencies of the Government of Ontario, and may optionally be used by Non-OPS Entities.
The term of this arrangement is for three years with the option to extend the contract for two additional one-year terms in accordance with the same terms and conditions.
