This VOR arrangement covers Products and Services (collectively referred to as "Solutions") across 34 Categories.
This VOR arrangement will be in effect until its expiration or cancelation, for a term of up to three years, with no additional extensions available.
This VOR arrangement provides Clients the flexibility to establish details for reporting, more specific details for service level agreements, trial products, etc., while still creating a detailed framework in which to achieve at least minimum percentage discounts off Solutions' Prices.
