MGCS has established an enterprise Volume License Agreement with Adobe Inc., (MGCS-Adobe VLA 2022), effective April 1, 2022. Through the new Adobe VLA OPS and Non-OPS clients will realize a discount of 15% to 25% off the Suggested Retail Price (SRP) for software licensing and support, as well as On-Demand and Managed Services.
As Adobe's reseller channel has flexibility to provide further discounting when provisioning clients a limited competitive procurement process, among Adobe-authorized resellers was used to establish the Adobe Reseller VOR arrangement. The VOR arrangement has leveraged this flexibility to maximize pricing discount based on the outcome of the RFB.
