The arrangement will offer a comprehensive range of End-User Computing Products and Related Services to non-OPS clients. These offerings include, but are not limited to, laptops, desktops, tablets, computer accessories, computer displays, and associated professional services. Clients will be able to procure these Products and Services on an "as and when required" basis through a subsequent second-stage selection process
This VOR is a multi-lot VOR with two (2) Categories:
Category 1 – Enterprise EUC Products and Related Services.
This category includes a range of business-grade computing products, including mobile and desktop computing devices, servers, storage solutions, and relevant software. Products mustmeet high standards of quality, consistency, and lifecycle support. Services include product installation, configuration, and optional maintenance.
Category 2 – Apple Inc. ("Apple") Products and Related Services.
This category includes a comprehensive range of Apple products, including MacBooks, iPads, Apple Watches, and other Apple devices. Services include product installation, configuration, and support.
Professional Services (Applicable to Both Categories):
Planning support for product requirements and standardization
Asset tagging and inventory management.
Configuration and installation services at the customer’s location,
Lifecycle management, including end-of-life notifications and recommended replacements.
The term of the Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement will be for
three (3) years with one (1) additional option to extend for one
(1) year
